You need to use a pair of red/cyan 3D viewers like these:

The red side goes over your left eye. If you use spectacles wear the viewer outside your specs. For best results your eyes need to be about 1 metre from the screen. Red/green viewers will work but the colours will be more distorted than with red/cyan ones.

Use your mouse to drag the panorama left or right, just as you would with a normal pano.
